The ENR Strategy PDF Print E-mail

ENR Asset Management, Inc. specializes in structuring portfolios in a combination of non-traditional and traditional investment products. This is achieved through strategic asset allocation encompassing a series of investment products in value stock funds, index funds, conservative hedge funds, managed futures funds, sector funds, REITs and individual stocks, typically large-cap holding companies. Hedge funds and managed futures funds, coined “alternative investments,” do not comprise more than 35% of portfolio assets at any time.

ENR seeks to achieve this strategic global asset allocation by analyzing the following variables:

  • Alternative and traditional mutual fund allocations based on macroeconomic factors, relative stock market values, interest rates, global economic growth, inflation, earnings momentum, and investor sentiment;
  • Contrarian investing or seeking undervalued assets trading at or near multi-year lows;
  • Seeks to achieve low monthly volatility and long-term compounding;
  • Low or negative correlation to traditional investments by emphasizing alternative trading fund advisors with exceptional long-term performance in both bull and bear markets since 1991;
  • Low or no leverage in underlying hedge funds or managed futures funds ENR selects for clients;
  • * Mutual funds are domiciled offshore for maximum tax efficiency;
  • * Prospective clients can choose either U.S. dollar or EURO denominated portfolios;
  • * Advisors selected must be large, accredited and among the top 10% of their respective asset class over a period of at least 5 years or more.
