How do you trade securities in my account? What documents are needed?
As part of the account-opening process, the client must also complete and sign the banks’ Limited Power of Attorney document. This document allows the sub-advisor, Mr. Roseman, the right to trade assets in the account on behalf of the client. The document is signed by both parties and then stored at the bank. Under no circumstances is Mr. Roseman allowed to debit or withdraw any funds from the account, except his annual management fees, which are debited directly.
THE ENCLOSED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE CAREFULLY REVIEWED BY PROSPECTIVE INVESTORS. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS NOT AN OFFER TO PURCHASE OR SELL ANY SECURITIES. IT IS A PRESENTATION ONLY. REGISTERED AS AN INVESTMENT ADVISER WITH THE UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION.
